Since then, I have learned more about using &lt;a href="http://kicad.org"&gt;KiCad&lt;/a&gt;, the open source electronics CAD suite. While not a step-by-step tutorial, here is my rough &lt;a href="https://www.baldengineer.com/kicad-to-x-carve-pcb-workflow.html"&gt;KiCad to X-Carve PCB workflow&lt;/a&gt;.
